Two years ago, Dr. Enrique Acosta, the founder of Pediatric Dental Centers of Florida—a dental service organization with 8 locations across South Florida and 19 years of experience—recognized a crucial need: a specialized team to manage call services for pediatric dental clinics. Motivated by this challenge, we made the decision to create our own call center dedicated exclusively to the pediatric dental sector, with the goal of delivering personalized, high-quality service to each patient.
Prior to launching our own operation, we worked with various call center companies. However, we found that their temporary campaign model and generalist approach didn’t provide the level of care our patients deserved. That’s when we decided to take the leap and build a dedicated team that understands the unique needs of the dental field and its patients.
This service has brought about a fundamental shift in our efficiency, speed, consistency, and overall quality. It has significantly enhanced our ability to respond to patient needs with greater precision and promptness. With the wealth of experience we’ve accumulated, we are confident that we are well-equipped to offer this specialized service to other pediatric and orthodontic offices, ensuring the same high standards of care and operational excellence.
